YAMANTHAKA (Tib. Dorje Jigje)

The wrathful aspect of all the Buddha’s wisdom is seen as the destroyer of death. He destroys the ignorance of ego-grasping keeping us trapped in recurring misery, the self-cherishing attitude preventing us from developing bodhichitta, and all defilements including those of our presently deluded form, arising from these two ‘demons’.
