Heruka Chakrasamvara (“Wheel of Bliss“) symbolizes the tantric emanation of the Buddha, embodying the union of method and wisdom (bliss and emptiness). This Mandala is the celestial abode of the Five Supreme Bliss Deities – a secret practice of the highest Anuttara Yoga Tantra.
